Créée en 1995, la société Celtarmor est une usine de décorticage et de congélation de coquillages (coquilles St-Jacques, amandes, pétoncles...)

Après l'achat en criée, les coquilles Saint-Jacques sont fraîchement décortiquées par les équipes de Celtarmor au sein de l'atelier situé sur le port de Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
Elles sont ensuite emballées avec soin et savoir-faire afin de délivrer tout en douceur dans vos assiettes leurs saveurs nobles et affirmées.

L’expertise et le savoir-faire de leurs équipes, leurs valeurs ainsi que la qualité des produits se placent aujourd’hui au rang de leader français de la production de noix de coquilles Saint-Jacques fraîches et surgelées.

Ses qualités gustatives, reconnues par le Label Rouge obtenu en 2015, sauront être sublimées par des recettes variées.
