Exceptional product, the great scollop is the treasure of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc which houses the first French or even European deposit of the species. Just seared or carpaccio, the shell delights all gourmets. With more than 3,000 tons of shells fished in 2017, Saint-Quay-Portrieux deserves its title of Capital of the Shell Saint-Jacques.
