FAMILLE PLUS, WHAT IS THIS ?
It is a National Label recognized by the Ministry for Tourism, aiming at answering needings of the families and children around 6 broad topics: the reception and information, animations, activities, the discovery of the environment and the inheritances, lodgings and restoration, the equipment, transport and safety.
This mini space makes it possible to the children to sit down while the parents are greeted by the team of the Tourist office ***.
A coloured space with toys, books, and pencils to draw… A TV screen plasma makes it possible to the children to wait in images, with a background music. A permanent exhibition on the Shell St Jacques explains the fishing.
From june to septembre, let's fish on bord the Hippocampe, a real breton trawler, just a run or a fishing party to bring back mackerel, sea bream... Let's discover the bay and St-Quay islands, the trawler man will explain you his job, you willl enjoy nature and maybe, see dolphins or porpoises. Learn how to be a good sailor !
Saint-Quay-Portrieux has restored all public playing areas in safe and nice places, with view over the sea (sur le vieux Port, prêt du Casino...)
